The free products will not be eligible for a return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
- Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
- Returns without an original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Information from the ID will be held in a companywide database of customer return activity. For items excluded from return, the manufacturer’s contact information may be provided upon request.
- Returns where a coupon was redeemed will result in an adjusted refund amount.
- Items requiring repairs should be returned to fixed warehouse
- The following identification is accepted for returns: US or Canadian Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, U.S. Military ID or U.S. Passport.
- Robustsport reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within three days from the notification of the return of your item.
If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within three working days. This can take a bit longer for credit cards, and you should see the money in your account within seven working days.
Paypal can take up to two working days.
If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a bit longer.

- You may return an item within 30 days of purchase.
- 2.Do I need the original packaging?
- Yes. All items must include original packaging. All product returned without a box or with the shipping affixed to the box will be subject to a $10 fee.
- 3.What if I want to return the item after using it?
We are unable to accept returns for used merchandise. You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items should be unused, but we understand that sometimes our customer need to try an item before realizing it’s not a good fit. As long as the item is clean and in good condition, your return may be accepted.
- 4.Will I be charged for return shipping?
- Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost).
